Can I cancel or modify my order?
For shipping within Russia and the CIS we offer courier services with Sdek Company. Delivery terms and costs depend on the region and are calculated individually according to the company's tariffs.
After your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to track your order.

Why can't I pay for my order?
When redirected onto the page for entering cardholder details you will need to enter cardholder data: card number, cardholder's name, card expiration date, three-digit security code (cvv2 for visa, cvc2 for Mastercard, additional identification code for Mir). The required data is printed on either side of the card. A three-digit security code is the three digits printed on the back of the card.

Then you will be redirected to your bank’s website to enter the verification code, which you will receive via sms. If you haven’t received a verification code, contact your card issuer.
How to pay for an order?
Paying by bank cards is made via ROBOKASSA payment system.

We accept Mastercard, Union Pay, MIR, Qiwi wallet.

Unfortunately, the acceptance of foreign Visa cards is temporarily unavailable.
Reasons why the transaction can be declined:
— your card cannot be used to pay for goods or services over the Internet; please contact your bank to clarify this information
— you have insufficient funds in the current account linked to your card; please contact the card issuer to find out whether there is sufficient money in your bank account
— you entered the wrong cardholder data
— your card has expired. As a rule, you will have an expiry date printed on the front side of the card (it is represented as a numerical month and a year when the card will need to be replaced). For further details on the card expiry date please contact your card issuer.

You can return non-defective items within 7 days after delivery. Please make sure that the items to be returned are in their original packaging and are in new and unworn condition. Do not use cash-on-delivery shipment. You will receive your refund within 10 business days of return.
Acknowledgement of Receipt of the Returned Items

Refunds for Return Shipments
Generally, we will refund the cost of the item, but we will not refund your return shipping fee. Exceptions can be made for items proved unsatisfactory with defects, manufacturing defects or if a delivery contains a wrong article or size.
